Will I get all the products in my order in one package? Or will it be multiple packages?
Products from a single brand will be delivered together in one package. However orders from Multiple brands might be delivered in separate packages and on different days. Tracking details will be provided against each shipment.
What if the products that I received are defective?
In case the products received by you are defective at the time of delivery, you need to raise a query at within 3 working days of delivery of the shipment along with pictures/videos of the defective product(s). We will offer you the best solution for your issue based on the situation.
