The shipping details for each individual product are mentioned on the product detail page. Depending on the products in your cart, your shipment may be split into different packages and shipping dates may vary.
All our products are shipped out between 1 - 6 working days depending on the products. In situations beyond Veggie Reggie’s control, there may be circumstances, which might cause a delay. In such cases, Veggie Reggie will ensure delivery in the earliest possible time frame.

Veggie Reggie has a no-questions-asked return/exchange policy only if the product that has been delivered to you is not up to the quality standards. We might request you to share an image of your product(s). For your order to qualify as a return or exchange:
1) You must raise a return / exchange request by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your order
2) Exchanges will be processed only once the product(s) has been received by us and has been checked for quality
3) Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products in the form of store credit/ coupon code. Please note the shipping charge of ₹100 where applicable might not be refunded
4) For prepaid orders, in case of order cancellations, a refund will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. Timeline for the same would be 5-7 working days. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
5) Once you have requested for a return/ exchange, the product will be collected within 7 working days
6) If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the exchange/return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit
7) Exchange policy also applies to near expiry products which have a shelf life
